Stonham is England’s largest provider of housing and support for vulnerable people. Stonham’s mix of housing services and support can help restore people’s confidence and helps them live independently. Stonham is the care and support division of Home, one of the UK’s leading providers of affordable rented housing, supported hoiusing and low-cost home ownership.

Stonham run 577 residential services across the country, where people live and receive support. The association also works with people who are tenants of other housing associations and local councils through their flexible ‘floating support’ and ‘outreach services.’

The support provided varies from person to person, but can include:

• advice on budgeting and shopping
•  guidance with form-filling and claiming benefits
• access to other support services, like addiction support, counselling, and
• help with moving on to living independently and finding work.
